The Service, including its design, layout, AI-generated summaries, audio narrations, and original content, is owned by ThisWeek.AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

News articles linked through the Service remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. ThisWeek.AI does not claim ownership of third-party content and provides links to original sources for full attribution.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, categorizations, and audio narrations of news content. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Summaries are not a substitute for reading the original source material
• We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any AI-generated output
• You should verify information from original sources before relying on it for any important decisions

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
